About the quilted muse

Erika Paine brings a lifetime of fabric knowledge and a heart for creativity to her longarm quilting studio. For 15 years, she successfully owned and operated a dry cleaning business, where she became deeply familiar with the nuances of fabric care, texture, and quality. That foundation naturally led her into the world of quilting—where fabric isn’t just cared for, but transformed into something meaningful and lasting.

Today, Erika operates with a Gammill Statler longarm quilting machine, combining precision technology with her eye for detail and love for design. What began as small projects for baby showers, children, and her own grandchildren quickly grew into a passion for creating quilts that carry stories, memories, and warmth.

Her love of quilting was nurtured by the inspiration of her Christ-loving mother-in-law, who showed her how faith and creativity can weave together to bring beauty into everyday life. With every stitch, Erika seeks to honor that legacy—turning fabric into works of art that bless families for generations.
